Don't be a scrooge!
Welcome to the Christmas edition of getting to know your friends. Okay, here's what you're supposed to do, and try not to be a SCROOGE!!! Just copy (not forward) this entire post and paste into a new post. Change all the answers so that they apply to you......'Tis the Season to be NICE! 1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Usually wrapping paper but I like gift bags too, its nice that you can reuse them. 2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial, I love the smell of real ones but I hate the maintenance that comes with it! 3. When do you put up the tree? The day after Thanksgiving. 4. When do you take the tree down? Usually new years. 5. Do you like eggnog? Not at all! 6. Favorite gift received as a child? The funniest was a copy machine that I so desperately needed/wanted and then I played with it like 3 times. So bad of me. Remember that Mom? 7. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes, two of them. 8. Hardest person to buy for? Nick's family, sadly I don't see them enough to know what to get them. 9. Easiest person to buy for? My Mom. 10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, its more personal that way. 11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I really can't think of one. 12. Favorite Christmas Movie? The Grinch. 13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? When I have money. 14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? No. 15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? My dad's homemade fudge and pecan logs. 16. Clear lights or colored on the tree ? Clear. 17. Favorite Christmas song? The Christmas Song by Celine Dion, Oh Come All Ye Faithful by Celtic Women. 18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Home. 19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? Sure can! Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixon, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitsen and of course Rudolph. 20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Star, Mitch thinks I need an angel but I like my star. 21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? In the Morning, that's what makes Christmas morning so special. 22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? Yucky roads but luckily we haven't seen much of that yet. 23. Favorite ornament theme or color? I like my red and gold ornaments on my tree. 24. Favorite for Christmas dinner? We usually have Ham, and all of the other yummy stuff. 25. What do you want for Christmas this year? Nothing really, I haven't really thought about it yet. I Tag... Cindy, Carolyn, Becca, Rachel and anyone else who thinks it would be fun.

Weekend Shenanigans
Barn after barn covered in Couger pride! I have never gone to a town that has so much pride. Even the grocery stores in Pullman have plasic grocery bags with the couger symbal and the football schedule on them. Also at the game EVERYONE knew the fight song and sang it loud and proud! I was almost in shock! I had never heard anything like that before! Here are some pictures from the game.
After the game Greg's mom threw a rockin post game tail gating party. She made all kinds of awesome food! It was a lot of fun! One of the best parts of the weekend was not only seeing Greg but I also got to see Bobby and Drew two of my other good friends from High School. The four of us walked at graduation together and we all haven't been back together since then. A little bit later in the evening we went to Applebee's and had appetizers with Greg, Drew, Bobby, LeAnne (Greg's Mom) and Bob and Shirley (Bobby's parents). It was alot of fun! Thanks Greg for letting us come and spend the day with you!

Car Update
Yesterday we found out our car is totaled, which is a huge bummer but like I said before I am so happy that you can replace cars because you can't replace husbands! So now we are in the market to buy a new car. So we'll see what we end up getting. Nick is doing really well, he found out on tuesday that he has a pinched nerve in his neck from whiplash and is seeing a Chiropracter to get that taken care of. So hopefully it will be a quick and easy recovery and he will be back to himself soon. Thank you for all of your prayers and warm thoughts!

Nick's Car Wreck :o(
Nick said the right side of the car is really bad, you can't open the back passenger door at all. I will just take his word for it because I haven't seen it. Hopefully everything will be fixable. One good thing is you can replace cars but you can't replace people. We are very blessed.

After the get together we went back to our house and our good friends Scott and Brittany came over. The boys played rock band and Brittany and I talked. I unfortunately didn't get any pictures but we had a lot of fun! Just thought I would let y'all know what we have been up to.
