Tag! You're it!

20 years ago I was.... 2 years old, I loved Winnie the pooh and REALLY enjoyed talking (I guess some things never change)! I also loved to take rides on my Dad's 3 wheeler with him and my dog Mandy. 10 years ago I was.... 12 years old. I was going to be in the 7th grade and was trying to figure out who I was. I loved sports and was starting to notice boys, and come out of my tom-boy stage. I played Softball, Basketball, Volleyball and Tennis that year. 5 years ago I was.... 17 years old. I was about to be a Senior in High School and couldn't wait for High School to be over! I loved playing softball and hanging out with my friends. I spent all of my extra time that summer with my friend Greg hiking, playing in the river and goofing off! I didn't really have any plans after high school yet, I just knew that eventually I would go to beauty school. 3 years ago I was....19 years old and about to get Married! On this exact day last year I had one week until my wedding day and I was helping my sister in law Kristin get ready for her wedding the following day. I just finished beauty school and was working at the Studio and loved every minute of it! I spent every waking moment with Nick and couldn't wait until our wedding day and I was so excited to see what our future had in-store for us. So far this past year I....Turned 22 years old. The Studio merged with Visante and I liked it at first and the likeness quickly went away. I missed my tight-knit Studio family! I quit my job at Visante and began working for Crestview Terrace Apartments and I have been enjoying it very much. It was one of the hardest choices I have ever had to make to leave my friends and clients but it is really working out for the better. Nick started working in West Seattle for Absher Construction and left me in Ellensburg until he finishes his internship in December. Nick and I have been dealing with an on-going fertility struggle which hopefully someday will come to an end! This past year has been one of the hardest and most trying years of my life but there have been several good things that came from it as well. Nick and I have grown even closer as a couple while helping each other with our ups and downs of life. Now that we don't get to see each other everyday we have been able to cherish the time we have together even more! I have been able to spend a lot of time with my family and we moved into a beautiful new apartment. Yesterday I... I made breakfast for Nick at 5 am, before he left to go to work for the week. I went to work, and then I spent the evening celebrating my Mom's birthday. My dad made an amazing carrot cake and homemade ice cream. It was so yummy! Next year I will.... 23 years old and hopefully be a mother, or at least be pregnant. Nick will be almost done with school, and will probably be working for Absher again but this time just for the Summer. I will most likely have the same job, just workin away until Nick and done with school. I will be an Auntie to two wonderful kids, Jared and Baby Ally (who will be arriving soon). I tag....the 3 C's Carolyn, Cindy, and Carole (aka Mom)
