For the first time in our married lives we have a yard to take care of. We are so thankful for it but boy has it been a lot of work! We didn't have much to work with, except for a bunch of stinking weeds! The past few weeks have been spent trying to make our little home look presentable from the outside. Nick has been working VERY hard at getting the lawn to look nice and it is certainly getting there! My dad came over and trimmed a few trees and I planted flowers. It is still a work in progress but here is a look of our little home from the front.
And these are my beautiful flowers!!
It is so fun to watch our labors pay off and to see our yard and our flowers bloom! I can't wait to see it continue blossom into our little oasis!

That is a lot of fun isn't it? We are cleaning around this house trying to clean it up as we get ready to move, but even that has been fun. Way to go! Your flowers are beautiful!
Beautiful. I was thinking about doing a walk through my garden post. I was waiting a bit until my veggies come in a little bit. Love the flowers you chose.
